Thank you for your patience as the Election Committee has worked diligently to find a venue large enough to accommodate the County organizational meeting. As a committee, we have complied with the process set out in both the Union County Republican Committee Constitution and New Jersey State law set forth in Title 19.

On June 11th, election officials tallied the provisional and received vote by mail ballots. Although there may be some potential signature cure ballots remaining, the final votes will have little to no bearing on any County Committee seats based on current tallies.

The 2024 Organization meeting will be held on Monday, June 17th at Connell Park, Table & Banter at 300 Connell Drive in Berkeley Heights. Check in will begin at 7:00PM with gavel down at 8:00PM. As per the Constitution, written notice is being given no less than five days prior to the event. Those postcards were delivered to the post office today. The rules of the convention will be forwarded to you outlining the order of business for the evening. While our Constitution states specifically that the notice must be mailed and not emailed, as a courtesy, we are also providing this notice by email to municipal chairs.
